Washington Toll Bridges
The state of Washington has a number of toll bridges and tunnels that help to fund transportation projects and improve traffic flow. There are two main toll payment options: Good To Go! Pass and Pay By Mail.

The Tacoma Narrows Bridge[1] is a pair of twin suspension bridges that span the Tacoma Narrows strait. The bridges connect the city of Tacoma with the Kitsap Peninsula and carry SR-16 over the strait.
SR 520 Bridge[2], also known as the Evergreen Point Floating Bridge or the Governor Albert D. Rosellini Bridge, carries SR-520 across Lake Washington, connecting Medina with the Montlake/Union Bay district of Seattle.
Washington toll tunnel
The SR 99 Tunnel[3]located beneath downtown Seattle, serves as a passage for SR 99 traffic. Toll rates for using the tunnel vary depending on the time of day, with lower rates during the night and weekends. The tolls are collected from vehicles traveling in both directions upon exiting the tunnel. For vehicles lacking a Good to Go! An additional $2 fee is applied to each toll. The accepted payment methods for tolls are Good to Go and Pay By Mail. Toll rates change based on time of day, with lower toll rates on nights and weekends. Tolls are collected in both directions as you exit the tunnel. Vehicles without a Good To Go! account pay an extra $2 per toll. I-405 Express Toll Lanes
The I-405 express toll lanes[5] operate from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and are free on weekends and overnight (from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.). Motorcycles and qualifying carpools can use the lanes for free with a Good To Go! Pass.

How to pay missed toll in Washington
If you do not have an electronic toll account, such as a Good To Go! account and you do not pay a toll with cash then you will be sent a toll bill by the Washington State Department of Transportation. The bill will include any administrative or camera fees associated with the toll.
All invoices received should be paid within eighty (80) days or you will receive a notice of civil penalty, which includes a $40.00 violation charge, per toll.
You can still save money with a Good To Go! account[7]even after you get a bill in the mail. You’ll save $1.75 per toll.

What happens if one doesn’t pay toll on Wahington toll road
If tolls in Washington are left unpaid for more than 80 days, a Notice of Civil Penalty (NOCP) is issued, resulting in a $40 penalty for each outstanding toll transaction. Failure to respond to the NOCP may lead to a hold being placed on the vehicle's registration.
Paying toll bill by check or bill pay eBanking services
It is not recommended to pay with ebanking services without first opening a Good To Go! Account. When using bill pay e-banking services, it is essential to update your Customer ID number each time you make a payment. Please adhere to the following format when sending payments:
If you are unsure of your current Customer ID for the payment, you can refer to your license plate number. In such cases, please use the license plate number provided on the bill you received.
Which vehicles are exempt from paying tolls in Washington
Emergency vehicles, vanpools, and transit vehicles are exempt from paying tolls. However, carpools and motorcycles are required to pay tolls, just like all other personal vehicles.
