Tampa Toll-by-Plate

Among other toll payment methods (see: How to Pay Toll in Florida), Toll-By-Plate in Tampa[2] is a popular method to pay toll. It is an image-based electronic toll collection system. On Selmon Expressway, a photograph of the license plate of the vehicle is captured to identify the vehicle owner. The owner is then sent a toll invoice which includes toll charges plus 25 cents and an administrative fee.

You can pay Toll-by-Plate Online[3] or even dispute[4] it.
