No, electric and hybrid cars do not get free tolls across all the Florida turnpike, express lanes and other toll facilities. They used to get it before 2017. However, currently only the I-95 express lanes in Southeast Florida offer tolls discounts to electric vehicles. 

To apply for it, register for 95 Express Toll-Exemption. Once your vehicle is verified and approved, you’ll receive a decal that can be pasted on your vehicle and a SunPass shield. Make sure to cover your SunPass transponder (if any) on the 95 express lanes, otherwise you will be charged twice.
