Port Authority Green Pass Discount Plan (PAGRN) is a special rebate on Class 1 vehicles travelling across toll facilities of the Port Authority of NY and NJ. You can enrol for it only if you must have an E-ZPass account with E-ZPass NY. 

For the eligible clean air vehicles of New York, the PAGRN toll rate is $13.75 in peak hours and $8.25 during off-peak ones. A $10.50 is charged for additional axle beyond two axles.
