How to Obtain Your TollGuru API Key

If you have never used TollGuru, you need to sign up to receive an API key. If you are already registered, you need to sign in to the TollGuru dashboard to see your API key. Still have questions? refer to details below:

For New TollGuru users

When you sign up for TollGuru, you receive a 14-day free trial. This trial provides you with 150 daily transactions to the full suite of API capability.

Steps to Start Your Trial and Get API Key:

1. Sign Up for an account with us. Sign Up
2. Dashboard Navigation: Once you sign up, you will see the TollGuru Dashboard. You need to pick between signing up for TollGuru Web Toll Calculator or the Toll API.
3. Select Toll API Service: Click ‘Next’ to complete your setup and fill in the required details. Click on the “Start Trial” Button to opt for a free trial.
4. Access Subscription Settings: In the TollGuru dashboard, click on the “Subscription” dropdown in the left navigation bar. Select “API Key” to view and copy your API key.

If you are an existing TollGuru user

If you’re already signed into TollGuru and need to see your API key, log in to the TollGuru dashboard, Click on the “Subscription” dropdown in the left navigation bar and Select “API Key” to view your API key.”

Integrate TollGuru Toll API

To use the full capabilities of TollGuru API, refer to Toll API docs and TollGuru GitHub API parameter example repo. If you are looking to find tolls for your existing mapping service, refer to TollGuru repositories. Since integrating polylines can be tricky, you can find code that retrieves the exact polyline from various mapping services such as Google Maps,  Mapbox, MapmyIndia, Bing Maps, TomTom Maps, PTV, MapQuest, & Jawg Maps.
