Generally, in case you owe tolls but didn’t receive an invoice within 30 days, contact the tolling agency. With details of your license plate, they can guide about the due tolls, payment process etc. If your toll pass malfunctioned while traveling, you can log into your account to see details of toll violation and pay it anytime.

NOTE: Toll violation invoices are sent to the DMV-registered address of the vehicle owner. If you have changed your residence, you must update it with them.
